How it Works

STEP 1 — Apply

You begin by completing a structured Coaching Assessment designed to evaluate alignment and readiness. This application allows us to understand your:

  • Goals and priorities 
  • Training and nutrition background 
  • Accountability needs 
  • Overall fit for coaching

STEP 2 — Application Review

Applications are reviewed within 24–48 hours.

During review, we assess:

  • Readiness for coaching 
  • Level of support required 
  • Appropriate coaching tier 

Applications are evaluated to ensure alignment, commitment, and long-term success. Not all applicants are accepted.

STEP 3 — Placement into Coaching Tier

When accepted, you’ll be contacted regarding your coaching tier placement that best aligns your needs:

  • Nutrition & Accountability Coaching 
  • Online Coaching 
  • Elite Online Coaching 

All coaching tiers include accountability.
Levels differ by access, oversight, and adjustment frequency not importance.

STEP 4 — Onboarding & Setup

 Once accepted:

  • Onboarding forms are completed 
  • Coaching systems are set up 
  • Programs and strategies are customized 
  • Check-ins and communication standards are established 

All coaching begins with a 12-week (3-month) minimum commitment and is billed monthly.

STEP 5 — Coaching & Accountability

Coaching begins immediately with structured execution and measurable progression. 

Your program is built around:

  • Consistent performance standards 
  • Progressive training and nutrition adjustments 
  • Data-driven feedback 
  • Long-term physique and performance development 

Sustainable results are built through communication, accountability, and disciplined execution.
