This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases of coaching services, subscriptions, programs, and related offerings (“Services”) provided by SITH FITNESS LLC (“SITH Fitness,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Policy. This Policy forms part of and is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
By completing a purchase, submitting payment, or enrolling in Services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy prior to purchase.
Electronic acceptance, including checkbox confirmation, constitutes legally binding agreement.
All coaching tiers, including but not limited to:
require a mandatory twelve (12) week minimum commitment.
This minimum commitment constitutes a binding financial obligation for the full term.
Early cancellation, inactivity, non-use, travel, personal circumstances, dissatisfaction, or failure to participate does not relieve the client of responsibility for completing all payments due during the initial commitment period.
The financial obligation for the minimum commitment survives account suspension, cancellation requests, or termination by the client.
Coaching is billed monthly.
The 12-week minimum commitment represents a three-month financial obligation, billed in monthly installments.
Failure to utilize Services does not relieve payment responsibility.
Except as expressly provided in this Policy, all payments are final and non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds for:
Results vary and depend on client adherence and variables outside the control of SITH FITNESS LLC.
No refunds or credits will be issued for:
Response times are defined within the applicable coaching tier description.
Delays within stated response windows do not constitute grounds for refund.
Following completion of the initial 12-week term:
Clients are responsible for ensuring cancellation is properly processed and confirmed.
Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in immediate suspension of access to Services.
Suspension does not relieve the client of financial responsibility for the minimum commitment term.
Outstanding balances may be subject to collections or legal action where permitted by law.
Clients are responsible for maintaining valid and up-to-date payment information.
Failure due to expired cards, insufficient funds, banking errors, or declined transactions does not void the minimum commitment or payment obligation.
If Services are paused at the client’s request, no refunds will be issued.
Approval of a pause does not modify, shorten, or waive the minimum commitment unless expressly agreed in writing by SITH FITNESS LLC.
Clients may not request service pauses, freezes, or modifications for the purpose of avoiding scheduled billing or delaying payment obligations.
Services purchased at promotional, discounted, bundled, or special rates remain subject to this Refund Policy and are non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered solely in the following limited cases:

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method.
In documented cases of severe medical emergency preventing participation, SITH FITNESS LLC may, at its sole discretion:

This does not guarantee a monetary refund.
If Services are terminated due to violation of the Terms of Service, harassment, fraud, misconduct, abuse, or chargeback activity, no refunds will be issued.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to pursue all remedies available under applicable law.
In any circumstance where a refund is approved, payment processing fees, transaction fees, and administrative costs may be deducted from the refunded amount where permitted by law.
No verbal statements, informal communications, or representations by SITH FITNESS LLC or its representatives shall modify or override this Refund Policy unless confirmed in a written agreement signed by both parties.
All digital materials, downloadable resources, and program content are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
Refund rights, if any, are personal to the original purchaser and may not be assigned, transferred, or delegated to any other individual or entity.
All disputes relating to payments, refunds, or billing matters are subject to the dispute resolution provisions, arbitration requirements, and class-action waiver contained in our Terms of Service.
In the event of any inconsistency between marketing materials, tier comparison charts, verbal statements, promotional descriptions, or other representations and this Refund Policy, this Refund Policy shall control.
The provisions of this Refund Policy survive termination of Services and remain enforceable after account closure.
Refunds, where approved, shall not exceed the amount paid for the most recent billing period.
SITH FITNESS LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages related to dissatisfaction with Services.
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
